Our prestigious international client, who is an innovative company in the Pharma industry is looking for an Executive Assistant for their office in Budapest.
Your new role
In this position you will provide support to the General Manager and to Pharma Executive Committee members. You will also manage and coordinate key company events.
Your main tasks include:
Provide personal assistance support to the General Manager:
Develop and run a well-organized secretariat for the Executive Committee Members:
What you'll need to succeed
· University/college degree
· Fluent English and Hungarian both verbal and written
· 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
· Relevant experience in support role for business function, preferably sales and/or marketing
· Experience in an international environment is a plus
· Strong attention to detail and precise
· Proven ability to be able to manage diverse tasks and responsibilities
· Vendor/supplier management
· High level of confidentiality
